Welcome to the Midlands Area Combined Federal Campaign website. The Midlands area is comprised of a nine county area which includes: Calhoun, Clarendon, Fairfield, Florence, Kershaw, Lee, Lexington, Newberry, Orangeburg, Richland and Sumter counties in South Carolina. This site was developed to keep all Federal employees informed about the current activities of the Midlands Area Federal Executive Committee. As well as serve as a resource tool to assist agency key persons and potential donors during the annual fall fundraising campaign.
