Agencies who are interested in participating in the Midlands Area Campaign as a local agency may retrieve the 2009 local agency/federation applications on this page.

Every year local agency applications are reviewed by the Eligibility Committee. This Committee meets in the spring to review agency applications. This group of individuals goes above and beyond in their due diligence to ensure the agencies listed in the campaign brochure meet the Federal requirements established by OPM.
